1. Housebound: The Voices of Full-Time Family Caregivers March 2002. A report which brought family caregivers together,giving them an opportunity to articulate the needs and concerns that directly impact on their economic security and overall well-being; providing them with an opportunity to suggest measures that address these needs and concerns.

2. Behind Closed Doors: Care Watch Toronto developed the PhoneLine in 1997 with three-year funding from the Trillium Foundation. Its purpose was to collect information about the experiences of in-home care recipients and use the information to draw a clearer picture of how the system is working and where there are gaps and inadequacies (click here to download the report).
